The Monarca Construction Group, Inc. was founded in 2014 and has steadily grown into a company that takes great pride in the satisfaction of its customers. We specialize in general contracting, construction management, high end remodeling, and commercial build-outs. From the preconstruction phase all the way to the close out phase of your project, our team will work to keep you satifised every step of the way. At Monarca we set ourselves apart from other remodelers in that we build our cabinets all in house. With over 25 years of experience in the cabinet industry we are able to mix our expertise in cabinetry with our construction management expertise to provide you the best quality remodel or new home.
Family owned & Operated
Monarca is family owned and operated by brothers Miguel Rodriguez and Julio Rodriguez. Together they accumulate over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Both Miguel and Julio are involved in every single one our projects from start to finish and strive to provide the most satisfaction for our customers.
Miguel Rodriguez is a graduate of Florida State University, having received his bachelors degree in accounting and finance. Before starting Monarca Construction, Miguel gained his expertise working for PulteGroup, Inc.
Julio Rodriguez has spent many years in the construction industry. Prior to partnering with Miguel to start Monarca Construction, he spent many years involved in the cabinet trade. Since starting Monarca he serves as the president of our cabinet division as well as serving as the head project manager for all of our projects.
